Pocoyo (Покойо) - багатосерійний мультфільм для дошкільнят. Перший сезон почали створювати в 2005
році в Іспанії. На даний час (2014) існує уже 4-ри сезони мультфільму. Крім іспанської мультфільм озвучується також англійською та ще декількома мовами. Present Continues Passive (пасивний стан теперішнього тривалого часу)

Пасивний стан вживається тоді, коли не важливо хто виконує дію. Важливо, що дія виконується, виконувалася чи виконуватиметься над певним об’єктом в певний момент часу.

Для теперішнього тривалого часу, важливо що вона зараз відбувається(триває). При утворенні пасивного стану, об'єкт дії виноситься наперед. Розглянемо, як утворюється речення у пасивному стані теперішнього тривалого часу (Present Continues Passive).

Візьмемо речення:

• The man is eating an apple - Чоловік їсть яблуко (зараз).

Щоб утворити пасивний стан, ми використовуємо наступну формулу:

obj+ to be(is, am,are)+ being +PP

• The apple is being eaten by the man.  

Оскільки суб’єкт (man) - неважливий, то його можна опустити:

• The apple is being eaten.

Вживання there is та there are

Якщо коротко:
 "There is" - застосовується для зліченних предметів в однині та для незліченних речей.
"There are" - застосовується для множини.

В залежності від часу речення, змінюватиметься, відповідно, дієслова are/is (тобто дієслово to be прийматиме іншу форму).

Коми(commas) в англійській мові застосовуються схоже як і в українській, щоправда з деякими особливостями.

Особливосты вживання this, these, that, those

This (цей, це) в однині вживається для вказання на певну річ поблизу, якщо речей кілька говоримо these (ці, це).

    This ball is red.
    These balls are red.


Якщо річ/речі далеко то говорять that (той) та those (ті)

    That ball is red.
    Those balls are red.

Також якщо говориться про річ в минулому часі то вживають не this/these, а that/those.
